4.0 Earthquake in San Francisco this morning

People in San Francisco woke up to a 4.0 earthquake this morning at 6:49am Pacific time. The recorded depth of the quake coming in at 3.1 miles.

The most shaking was felt along the East Bay which includes Oakland Berkley. Seven aftershocks followed the initial quake. This quake was along reported to be along the Hayward fault. This fault has produced a 4.0 quake earlier in Fremont this July.
