The Story Behind 2021 Training
2021 Training opened its doors, or rather, its online insurance adjuster classes in 2012. The insurance adjuster training courses on the market at the time were subpar at best and weren’t giving new insurance adjusters a fair shot at becoming a success.
That’s when 2021 Training founder Dave Kaltenbach decided to create an online platform where insurance adjusters both new and experienced, could get high-quality courses at fair prices, and learn in their free time.

Dave is 2021 Training’s primary instructor, and he has been educating insurance adjusters since 2008. He worked as a claims adjuster before becoming an educator.
Before launching 2021 Training, Dave was selected for multiple deployments and has received high praise from a variety of insurance adjuster firms. He even served as the President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a major insurance adjuster school before opening up his own school to offer students alternative learning solutions.
He is still actively involved in the National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters (NACA) —where he served on the Board for 4 years with his final year as President. Dave also contributes to the Dallas Claims Association (DCA), where members network with other insurance industry professionals in the DFW Metroplex.

You have access to our practice exams to prepare. Many of our CE courses don’t require you to take an exam at all.
