Why Adjusting in Florida Is a Big Opportunity

Florida is ground zero for weather-related claims. Hurricanes, flooding, and storm damage create a high demand for licensed adjusters — and the season gets busier every year.

When disaster strikes, licensed adjusters are the first in line for assignments — and high-paying claims jobs often go to those who are certified and ready.

Don’t get left behind when the next storm hits.

Skip the State Exam. Start Earning Faster.

Our Florida All-Lines Pre-Licensing courses qualify you for the “Professional in Claims” (PIC) designation, which exempts you from taking the Florida state licensing exam under FS 626.221(2)(j).

That means:
✅ No state testing center
✅ No appointment wait times
✅ No extra fees or delays

Just pass our online course and final exam — and you’re eligible to apply for your Florida Adjuster License right away.

2021 is a great resource for adjusting beyond the courses/education. The courses are very instructional and easy to follow. The straight forward instruction makes content easy to learn and retain. Cherie and the staff will talk to know you and learn your particular needs. They will then direct you in the best way to move forward with your education. They are also quick to respond and assist you in any way until course completion and assist you in the licensing process. You will be served well by 2021 for all your educational and licensing needs.

Had to take continuing education and an Xactimate course for the certification, and it was a great resource. I highly recommend everyone who wants to learn about adjusting to use their website.

This is the best training I have done. The trainer on each class is very clear and has a lot of patience explaining everything. I am bilingual and I mostly think in Spanish and I passed my test. I highly recommend 2021 training they are affordable. You can study at your own pace and if you have questions Cherie is WONDERFUL. This has been the best experience ever!
Nolberto Paniagua
I took three courses with 2021 training over the past 3 yrs to get my CE hours and I was very pleased with how well everything was easy to use and how Dave the instructor was very detailed in explaining how to use Xactimate and its resources. I would definitely recommend this training to anyone looking into becoming an IA. I have already shared this training with friends and colleagues and they have joined the training. On another note: I have contacted Mrs. Cherie Kaltenbach a few times to help answer and help me navigate thru some clarifications and she was very quick to respond and help thru my next steps. Again, Very great classes and training to take!!!
Rajkumar Malhotra
All classes are well thought out, planned and well executed. This made me complete the entire course within 4 weeks and excersized the trial test for about 5 times, though it has unlimited tries. And Final exam passed in one try only. I thank, most appreciatingly, the entire team of 2021Taining for putting together such a vast and learning center with after completion services. Thank you 2021Training.
Lori Summers
What a GREAT experience!! I needed an online course that would help me earn my Texas' Adjuster's License. This course prepared me for the exam, walked me through the entire testing procedure, helped me complete the process on my first try! I also took other courses offered by 2021 Training. All were equally comprehensive, informative and helpful if you are wanting to start an independent adjusting career. Dave and Cherie are both skilled at running their training center. Do Not Hesitate to give 2021 Training a chance. They will exceed your expectations!!
