I will be recommending to everyone I know who is interested in getting an adjusters license in Texas. The online class was great. I thought it was better than other online instructional classes I have taken. What really stood out though was the customer service! The one time I had a technical issue, even though it was on my end, I got a quick and helpful response. Even after I finished the course, when I called in they were very helpful. I plan on using them in the future for my CE credits. I can't complement them enough.

When I decided I wanted to become a Claims Adjuster, I looked at many online programs and nothing comes close to 2021 Training (cost, courses, service, testing). I was a little worried b/c I wasn't really able to find reviews for it but believe me its the best and not to mention the great service. The gentleman giving the lecture isn't boring and gives plenty of examples. After you're done with the courses then you can take the test on the 2021 site. Make sure you do the course study guide while listening to the lectures and you should be fine. I also called in a few times b/c I had questions on filling the application and they helped guide me. Service was great as well.
